I, Geo Malony, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the following List or Manifest, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the District of New York, contains, to the bast of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers taken on board the said Brig Nellie Hustice whereof I am Master, from Kingston Ja.

List or Manifest of ALL THE PASSENGERS taken on board the Brig Nellie Hustice whereof Malony is Master, from Kingston burthen 260 tons.
Columns represent: given name and surname, age, sex, occupation, the country to which they severally belong, the country of which they intend to become inhabitants, and the part of the vessel occupied during the voyage.

  Transcriber's Notes:


  A question mark (?) indicates a letter or a number that can not be 
  transcribed definitely.

  An asterisk (*) indicates either difficulty in deciphering the handwriting of the 
  manifest or something in the Transcriber's Notes to which the reader should refer.

  A caret (^) indicates that the following letter in a word or name is superscripted.

  The transcriber numbers the passengers consecutively, even though they are not 
  numbered in the original manifest.
