The use of a ? indicates a word or letters that could not be read due to quality of the original document. ^ The use of a ^ indicates that the letter/letters following are superscripted. The transcription preserves the original spelling. All ditto marks on the original manifest have been replaced with the actual words indicated. The manifest did not include psgr #s; they have been added by the transcriber. End of the ship's Captain's name is illegible, could be Lanahen, Lanahan, or Larrabee. This ship is listed as the Sir Robert Peel on Ancestry.com. I did some research and found that the Sir Robt Peel and the Sir Robert Peel are indeed two ships and were sailing within the same time frame... 16 2nd letter of Age illegible.
