I, Andrew Muir, do solemnly, sincerely and truly sweer
that the following List or Manifest of Passengers,
subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to
the Collector of Customs for the District of New York,
contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief a
just and true account of all the Passengers received
on board the Ship Home whereof I am Master, from
Liverpool.
So help me God.

No Sex designation was entered and this column has
been omitted. The destination for all passengers was
United States and this column has been omitted. Died
on Voyage column was also used for baggage brought
aboard.

Captain's statement written after the ship's arrival
in New York:
I, Andrew Muir, master of the Ship Home from
Liverpool, do hereby make known unto
all whom these presents may concern, that on the
Passenger list of said vessel - made
out by myself and entered and sworn to at the Customs
House at New York, I affixed
the ages of the ten infants - which however were
omitted to be put on the duplicate
list given to the Collector by mistake of the clerk
who copied it.
