Transcriber's Notes:
* An asterisk indicates an error on the part of the original recorder, not the
transcriber or is used to call your attention to additional information in
the Transcriber's Notes below.
? The use of a ? indicates a word or letters that could not be read due to
quality of the original document.
The column Occupation was omitted entirely, the country of origin for all
psgrs was Great Britain, and the destination for all psgrs was the United
States, therefore these three columns have been eliminated.
All ditto marks on the original manifest have been replaced with the actual
words indicated.
Signature of witness is illegible.
The Died on Voyage column on manifest pages 3 and 6 (psgrs. 93-143 and
244-254) is blurred, appears to be a camera lens blur. Entries are partially
or completely illegible.
There were no months of age listed for all passengers over 11 months old.
The manifest scribe occasionally abbreviated a psgr's first name; this has
been duplicated with the use of the ^ to indicate the postion of the letters
omitted. For instance, Edw^d. appears on the manifest as 'Edw' with the 'd'
superscripted.
Manifest scribe identified only psgrs #250-254 as Cabin Psgrs. on the
manifest.
21 3rd letter of surname is not clear, could be Darger, Derger, or Dirger.
35-38 Next to last letter of surname is not clear, could be Aheen or Ahern.
55 Last letter of surname is not clear, could be Biradne or Bwadne.
77 Age is illegible.
