*[Passengers Arrived in New York 18 April 1912]
[Manifest dated 18 June 1912]

*NOTE: The Carpathia was eastbound, 3 days out of New York, when diverted to rescue the survivors of the Titanic in the early morning hours of 15 April 1912. These passengers were delivered to New York 18 April 1912, but the manifest is incorrectly filed as arriving 18 June 1912. The title page of the manifest has written "Arr Apr 18/1912" which is struck through, and "June 18th 1912" is written below that. Scan of Title Page

*NOTE: This page was stamped 130 at the upper right. A large number 2/Saloon was written at the upper left of the page and also stamped above the age column. 63 was stamped at the lower left of the page.

*NOTE: Interspersed throughout the manifest are pages for Affadavit of the Master and Affadavit of the Surgeon, all of which are left blank.
Columns represent: Name, age, sex, and *marital status. Nationality was U.S.A. for all, therefore the column is omitted. All other columns on the form were not filled out.

It is spelled out here for clarity.
