SS Quaker City
I, R.W. Shufeldt, master of SS Quaker City do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of New York, is a full and perfect list of all the passengers taken on board of the said Steamer at Havana, from which port said Steamer has now arrived; and that on said list is truly designated the age, the sex, and the occupation of each of said passengers, the part of the vessel occupied by each during the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also the country of which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant, and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said passengers who have died on said voyage, and the names and ages of those who died.Sworn before me this April 19, 1860, J. Whitehead. List or Manifest of all the Passengers taken on board the SS Quaker City, whereof R.W. Shufeldt is master, from Havana, Cuba burthen 1428.60/90 tons.

These passengers were numbered by the transcriber, not on the original film.
All passengers are noted as occupying the "First Cabin," so the "Accommodation"
column has been omitted. No entry was made for any passenger in the column "Country
which they intend to inhabit" so this column has also been omitted. No one died on
the voyage so this column has also been omitted.
4 - First name initial is illegible.
31 - Second number of age is illegible.
44 & 45 - Occupation is completely illegible for both and the country of #45 is also.
48 - Occupation is completely illegible.
49 - Second number of age is illegible.
53 thru 60 - The country is completely illegible.
62 - This surname may stand for the word "colored" in parenthesis "()" and not a surname at all.
66 - The country is completely illegible.
