I, D. P. de Campos, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear, that the within list, subscribed with my name contains to the best of my knowledge a true account or report of all passengers who have been taken on board the Brig Paulina at Oporto or at any other foreign port, or at sea, and brought in said Brg. since her departure from said port of Oporto.
