Ship Napier
I, Jacob Higgins do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear, that the within list, subscribed with my name, contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account or report of all passenger, who have been taken on board the Ship Napier at Liverpool or at any other foreign port, or at sea, and brought in said Ship into any district of the United States, since the departure from said port of (blank).
Sworn the 23rd June, 1847, before Chas Watson, Deputy of Collections for Balti. city.
