DISTRICT OF NEW ORLEANS - PORT OF NEW ORLEANS
I, C. J. Lindall, Master of the S.S. Mississippi, do solemnly swear, to the best of my knowledge and belief that this list contains a true account of the Passengers taken on board the S.S. Mississippi at L'pool and bound for New Orleans, together with their nationality, etc., as designated. So Help Me God. (Signed) C. J. Lindall, Master. Report and List of the Passengers taken on board the S.S. Mississippi of Liverpool whereof Lindall is Master, burthen 1370 & 57/100 tons, bound from the Port of Liverpool for New Orleans.

 3  surname could be something like Gavze or Gavre.
 4  surname possibly Hauley or Hawley or Hanley.
 6-7  surname something like Douis or Dours.  No age for 7.
13  surname Lafurte or Laperte possibly.
14  surname Bennet or Beunet.
16  surname Saunguet or Sannguet.
18  surname looks like Faidlay or Findlay or similar.
