I, Samuel H. Dollard, Master of the Ship Guy Mannering , do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of New York is a full and perfect list of all the passengers taken on board of the said Guy Mannering at Liverpool from which port said Ship has now arrived, and that on said list is truly designated the age, the sex, and the occupation of each of said passengers, the part of the vessel occupied by each during the passage, the country to which each belongs and also the country of which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant, and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said passengers who have died on said voyage, and the names and ages of those who died.

Died on voyage: Only one passenger is listed as 'dead', so the column is
deleted.  See notes for passenger #139.  This column was used instead for

Country to which they belong:  #242-249 did not have a country listed at all.

Country of which it is intended to become an inhabitant: All were listed as
USA, so column was deleted.

Part of the vessel occupied: All passengers were listed as 'steerage', so
column was deleted.

      6  Surname faint.  The final 2-3 letters appear to be all midline.
 15- 20  Occupation too faint to read, possibly ditto marks.
     21  Age too faint to read.  Occupation to faint to read, possibly ditto
         marks.
     22  Occupation too faint to read, possibly ditto marks.
     63  Age too faint to read, guess is 20.  Occupation too faint to read, but
         it is different than the occupation of passenger #62; it's first
         letter has a straight almost vertical line.  County to which they
         belong is too faint, guess is Wales.
     64  Country to which they belong is too faint, guess is Ireland.
     65  Age too faint to read.  Country to which they belong is faint, ditto
         of passenger #64.
     66  Occupation is too faint, but is different than the servant from the
