   Transcriber's Notes:

A question mark (?) indicates a letter or a number that can not be transcribed
   definitely.

An asterisk (*) indicates either difficulty in deciphering the handwriting of the
manifest or something in the Transcriber Notes to which the reader should refer.

1 Middle letters of surname are not clearly formed and are difficult to decipher
with certainty, but the name clearly begins "Ma" followed by two or three letters,
perhaps "rn", "m" or "rw, followed by clearly written "edell". Surname is
      possibly "Marnedell", "Mamedell" or "Marwedell".
14 Passenger's sex is clearly listed as "Masc", likely a recording error, since
she has a feminine given name and her occupation is listed as "Lady".
16 Passenger's sex is clearly listed as "Masc", likely a recording error, since
she has a feminine given name and her occupation is listed as "Lady".
24 Surname is either "Badell" or "Radell".
31 Surname is possibly "Schrik", "Schack" or "Schuck".
