I William Newcomb do solemnly, sincerely and truly Swear that the following List or Manifest of Passengers subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New-York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the Ship Dublin Packet whereof I am Master, from Dublin So help me God. 7-9 Miss has the "leading s" which looks like a cursive "fs"
10 Family name has only one "n" in Maning
11 Family name has two "n" in Manning
17 Family name may also be Keinnan or Keirran
18 Hole in document on first letter of family name; however remaining tip of
first letter indicates name may be Simms
24 Family name may also be Greisham or Grusham
25 Family name may also be Griesham or Grusham. "Ellen" is indicated as "male"
and "Surgeon"; these are dittos
31 Family name may be For or Fon
32 Given name may be abbreviation for John or Jonathon
