I M^l Labou?sse* do solemnly, sincerely and truly Sware [sic] that the following List or Manifest of Passengers subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New-York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the Sch^r Director?* whereof I am Master, from Mayagues So help me God. The signature attesting to the sworn statement is indecipherable; it is
followed by "DC" which may indicate the Deputy Collector of Customs

The passenger was numbered by the transcriber for ease of reference.

Getty Thesaurus of Geographic Names Online this port is now called Mayaguez,
with an umlaut over the u.

* Captain: Given name may be a contraction of Michael or Michel. Family name
  includes the "leading s" which looks like an English cursive "fs" is an "ss".
