Brig Colonel Howard
I, J Picket, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the within list, subscribed with my name, contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account or report of all passengers, who have been taken on board the Brig Col. Howard at Liverpool or at any other foreign port, or at sea, and brought in said Brig into any District of the United States, since the departure from said port of Liverpool.
