DISTRICT OF NEW ORLEANS - PORT OF NEW ORLEANS
I, Lodge Colton, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the Report or Manifest subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of New Orleans contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the passengers which were on board the Steamship C. M. Lord at the time of her sailing from the port of Havana, or which have been taken on board at any time since; that I am at present, and have been during the voyage, master of the said vessel. And I do likewise swear that all matters whatsoever in the said Report or Manifest are, to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true. (Signed) Lodge Colton. Before me, this 30th day of Oct 1875 (signed) T. V. Coupland.
Report or Manifest of all the Passengers taken on board the Steamship C. M. Lord whereof Colton is Master, from Havana, Cuba, burthen ten hundred ninety four American Tons, and owned by The Philadelphia and Southern Mail Steamship Company, at Philadelphia, and bound for New Orleans La.
Columns represent: name, age, sex, occupation, country to which they belong, country which they intend to inhabit, accommodation.

Transcriber's Notes:

There is a possibility that the middle initial of the ship name is W.  Of the 
voyages seen so far, twice the initial was M and 3 times it was W.

2 - age could be 13 or 15.
