Transcriber's Notes:

A caret (^) indicates that the following letter in a word or name is superscripted.

A question mark (?) indicates a letter or a number that can not be transcribed
  definitely.

An asterisk (*) indicates either difficulty in deciphering the handwriting of the
manifest or something in the Transcriber Notes to which the reader should refer.

2 Surname is possibly "Denas" or "Deuas".
5 Middle letters of surname are not clearly formed and are difficult to decipher
with certainty, but name clearly begins with "B" and ends with "ey", and in
between is possibly "roon", "rom", or something similar, resulting in possible
surname "Brooney" or "Bromey", amongst others.
7 Surname appears to be possibly "Horten", Horton", "Hooten" or "Hooton".
12 Surname appears to be either "Brulay" or "Beulay", or even possibly "Brulé".
14 Surname appears to be "Ripley" or "Risley".
15 Surname is possibly "Dorf", "Derf" or "Darf".
19 Surname appears to be written as "Gugg", but could also be "Gregg".
20 Second, fourth and sixth letters of surname are overwritten by tails of letters
of the surname above, but the name is possibly "Kalsie", "Kelsie" or "Kalsin".
Occupations of women are rarely recorded, but this passenger is an exception and
her recorded occupation, though possibly recorded in error and not clearly
     written, appears to be "Merchant".
23 Surname appears to be written as "Hoskins", but might actually be "Haskins".
25 Letters of surname are not clearly written and impossible to decipher with any
certainty, but name is possibly "Kate M. Cann", "Kate McCann" or something
     similar.
