Liverpool, England to Baltimore, Maryland
17 August 1846
I, E. Williams, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear, that the within Report and List, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of Baltimore, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, the names, age, sex, and occupation of all the passengers, together with the name of the country to which they severally belong, and that of which they intend to become inhabitants, which were on board the Ship America whereof I am at present Master, at the time of her sailing from the Port of Liverpool or which have at any time since been taken on board said vessel. And I do likewise swear, that all matters whatsoever in said Report and List expressed, are, to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true.

Report and List of the Passengers taken on board the Ship America of Boston, whereof E. Williams is Master, burthen 390 tons and --ths of a ton, bound from the Port of Liverpool for Baltimore.
Columns represent: passenger name, age, sex, and occupation. The country to which all passengers belonged was Ireland; the United States is the country each intended to become inhabitants. Only the first passenger's sex was listed; I have attempted to determine the sex of the remaining passengers.
