I, Geo. W. Kirwan, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the within List, subscribed with my name, contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account or report of all the passengers taken on board the Brig Fashion at Ponce, P.R. or at any other foreign port, or at sea and brought in said Brig into any district of the United States, since departure from said port of ___________.
