I, H. J. Walter, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the within List or Manifest, subscribed with my name, contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account or report of all the passengers taken on board the Brig Cambrian at Kingston Jamacia* or at any other foreign port, or at sea and brought in said Brig into any district of the United States, since the departure from said port of Kingston Jamacia*.
