SS Bowden
I, W. Anderson, Master of the SS Bowden do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Port of Boston, is a full and perfect list of all the passengers taken on board of the said vessel at Port Antonio from which port said vessel has now arrived; and that on said list is truly designated the age, sex, calling, and the country of citizenship, native country, intended destination or location, number of pieces of baggage, location of compartment or space occupied, and date and cause of death of passengers, as required by the "Passenger Act of 1882"; also a true statement as far as it can be ascertained, with reference to the intention of each alien passenger as to a protracted sojourn in this country. So help me God. (Signed) W. Anderson. Sworn to this 23rd June 1891, before me, (Signed) ?. ?ally, Collector.
List or Manifest of all the Passengers taken on board the SS Bowden whereof W. Anderson is Master, from Port Antonio burthen 388 tons.
Columns represent: Given Name and Surname, Age, Sex, Calling, The country of which they are Citizens, Intended Destination or location, Number of pieces of baggage, Location of compartment or space occupied, and Whether Visitors only or intending to be permanent settlers.

Transcriber's Notes:
The recorder left the "Calling" column blank and entered the passengers' occupations
in the "The Country of which they are citizens" column. My presumption is that the
passengers' citizenship and Native Country were the same and were then entered in
the "Native Country" column.
No passengers were listed as having died during the voyage and so that column
was omitted in this transcription.
