NOTICE! If it is found upon the arrival of the immigrant in the United States that the following questions have not been correctly answered, the immigrant will be immediately returned. The immigrant will be required to swear to the truth of the following answers, if it be called for by the Commissioner of Immigration at the port of arrival in the United States. (A false oath will subject the immigrant to fine or imprisonment.)

Transcriber's Notes: This list is unusual in that it is designed for each passenger to have a separate page. At the top of each page appear blanks labeled: Name: Date when booked: Agent's Name: Agent's place of business: Name of Steamer for which booked: Date of sailing fromBeneath this the information for the passenger is filled out in the columns described above. The transcriber has condensed the information in the columns of the various pages into the table above. At the bottom of each page is an oath and a blank for the passenger's signature. Some of the passengers also have notes on their pages. These and the information in the blanks at the top of the page are transcribed in the individual notes below. The Agent's Name and Agent's Place of Business were not completed on any of the pages. He has been to San Diego 1884. 2 passage was booked April 9, 1895, sailing from Mazatlan April 9, 1895. There is no signature on this page. She is going to join Husband Gregoria Verdugo Y Hinkley y Alley SF. 3-4 These passengers are both on the same page. Passage was booked April 9, 1895, sailing from Mazatlan April 9, 1895. The signature is "For her Mother Luz Ochoa Paula Armendariz" They are going to join Daughter Josefa Armendaris 824 Pacific. 5-7 These passengers are all on the same page. Passage was booked April 9, 1895, sailing from Mazatlan April 9, 1895. The signature is off the edge of the film. Only "R?????? L" is visible They are going to join Husband Apolonio Lucero. Last Residence is San Jose del Cabo. 8 passage was booked April 9, 1895, sailing from Mazatlan April 9, 1895. Signature is "Concepcion de los Rios." At the top of the page is written "Giffing: Put all these names on this sheet." The names and information for passengers 1-7 are also on this page.
