I John Collins do solemnly, sincerely and truly Swear that the following List or Manifest of Passengers subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New-York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the Ship Virginia whereof I am Master, from Vera Cruz

There is NO "So help me God" statement, nor the word "Sworn" before "to" in 
the date line.

Column "Months" has no entries; the column has been omitted.
Column "Died on the Voyage" states "None"; the column has been omitted.


Passenger Notes:

 1: Surname may be Clear or M^c Clean or M^c Clear
 2: Unusual "H" - same as given name of passenger 10; unusual "F" - same as 
    given name of passenger 7 and "F" on Female. Surname may be Foirington
 3 & 4: Unusual "H" - same as given name of passenger 10
 4: Occupation looks like a lower case "as" or "do" but has been lined out
 5 & 7: Unusual "V" - same as on "Ship Virginia" and "Vera Cruz"
 9 & 14: Middle initial may also be "P"
10: Surname may be Henayras, Henasprus, Henayrus or ???
12: Surname may be Morvill, Mowille or Monrill
