I B Duggs do solemly, sincerely and truly swear that the following List of Manifest of Passengers subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New-York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the Sch.Toison whereof I am Master, from Xibara So help me God, [signed] B Duggs
Sworn to, the 21 Nov 1827 Before me Mo??????? DC
List or Manifest of all Passengers taken on board the Sch.Toison whereof Duggs is Master, from Xibara Burthen 126 1/2 Tons.
Columns represent: Names; Age [in] Years, Months; Sex; Occupation; The Country to which they severally belong; The Country to which they intend to become inhabitants; Died on the Voyage.

*  Collector of Customs: Most of name is undecipherable;
   DC may stand for Deputy Collector

*  Xibara was (is?) a port in Cuba, according to a NARA record found at 
   www.NARA.gov/publications/microfilm/diplomatic/diplo-3.html

Passenger #1 - Surname could be Sulevno; the occupation "Mainer"
               may be a Mariner or Miner; the last column was empty.
