NOTICE! If it is found upon the arrival of the immigrant in the United States that the following questions have not been correctly answered, the immigrant will be immediately returned. The immigrant will be required to swear to the truth of the following answers, if it be called for by the Commissioner of Immigration at the port of arrival in the United States. (A false oath will subject the immigrant to fine or imprisonment.)

This list is unusual in that it is designed for each passenger to have a 
separate page.  At the top of each page appear blanks labeled:

Beneath this the information for the passenger is filled out in the columns 
described above.

The transcriber has condensed the information in the columns of the various 
pages into the table above. 
At the bottom of each page is an oath and a blank for the passenger's signature. 
 
The information in the blanks at the top of the page is transcribed in the 
individual notes below. The Agent's Name and Agent's Place of Business were not
completed on any of the pages.

The following columns had identical entries for all passengers and so were not 
included in the table:

1   passage was booked Feby 7, 1895.  Sailing from Mazatlan Feb 7, 1895.  The 
    signature on this page is Cristina Berneche.  The name at the top of the 
    page is Cristina D de Barneche.  She has been to San Francisco 1894.  She
    is going to join Daughter Concepcion B Gisama 1517 Dupont St.
2-3 These passengers are on the same page.  Passage was booked Feby 7, 1895.
    Sailing from is not filled out.  The signature is Fran^co Medina.  The 
    Ever before in US column says "San Francisco born there" for him and no 
    for her. 
4   passage was booked Feby 7, 1895 sailing from Mazatlan Feb 7, 1895.  The 
    page is signed with an "x."  He has been to San Francisco Sept 1894.  He 
    is going to join Mother Francisca Lopez cor Dupont & Vallejo.
