Required by the regulations of the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, under Act of Congress, approved March 3, 1893, to be delivered to the Commissioner of Immigration by the Commanding Officer of any vessel having such passengers on board upon arrival at a port in the United States.

In the Married or Single column "or Single" has been crossed out.

The following columns had identical entries for all passengers and so were not 
included in the table:

 By whom was passage paid?=self
 Whether going to join Relative or Friend=No
 Whether ever in Prison, Almshouse or supported by Charity=no
 Whether a Polygamist=no
 Whether under contract to labor in the US=no
 Condition of Health Mental and Physical=good
 Whether having any deformities=no

Letters that are illegible or difficult to interpret are replaced by ?.

1-3 Most of the lists on this film have the names written first name first.  
    There is no indication here which is the surname of these passengers.
3   has been to San Francisco 2 years ago.
5   Vancouver is written in the Final Destination column and crossed out.
6   has been to San Francisco once Sept/94.
