Transcriber's Notes:
* An asterisk indicates an error on the part of the original recorder, not
the transcriber, or is used to call your attention to additional information
in the transcriber's notes.
? Indicates a letter or number which could not be determined due to the
condition of the manifest or handwriting of the original recorder.
* The entries have been renumbered for this list--originally the cabin
passengers and steerage passengers were enumerated separately.
* The ship may have docked and picked up passengers in England (Southampton?)
because of a number of them being from England, but there is no note
of this in the manifest.
* Note that the passenger totals in the recapitulation do not equal the
passenger numbers.
