I William Allen do solemnly, sincerely and truly Swear that the following List or Manifest of Passengers subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New-York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the Ship Nimrod whereof I am Master, from London So help me God. The use of an * indicates an omission or error made by the original
  recorder; or a clarification by the transcriber.
This Shipıs list is very clearly written, except for the Deputy Collector.

Passenger Notes:
1 & 2: While I believe the surname is correct, it could be Roihe

Collector of Customs (in the sworn statement): Name is indecipherable. It
may begin with MO and may end with the abbreviation DC which would stand
for Deputy Collector.
