I, L. M. Hudgins, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear, that the within list, subscribed with my name, contains to the best of my knowledge and belief a just and true account or report of all passengers who have been taken on board the Steamship Liberty at Havanna or at any other foreign port, or at sea, and brought in said Steamship into any district of the United States since the departure from said port of Havana.

List of all the Passengers taken on board of the Am Steamship Liberty of Baltimore whereof L. M. *Hudgens is Master, at Havana Cuba.
Columns represent: passenger names, age, gender, occupation, country to which they belong, and country to which they intend to become (or remain) inhabitants.

A question mark (?) indicates indecipherable material.
An asterisk (*) indicates further information in these footnotes.
A caret (^) indicates letters left out of an abbreviated name and the
  letters following it appear in superscript.
The captain's surname is spelled Hudgins in the sworn statement and when
  he signs the statement, but in the "List of all Passengers" line it is
  spelled "Hudgens."

Passenger Notes:
4  Surname is followed by what looks like Col^o.
