I Hugh Graham do solemnly, sincerely and truly Swear that the following List or Manifest of Passengers subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New-York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the Ship James Cropper whereof I am Master, from Liverpool So help me God. *  The column "Died on the Voyage" and the sub-column "Months"
   have no entries; therefore these columns are omitted.

*  Captain: Surname may be Grahame

*  Collector of Customs (in the sworn statement): Name is 
   indecipherable. It may end with the abbreviation "DC" 
   which probably stands for "Deputy Collector"

Passenger # 2 - Age is probably 30 but possibly 50
Passenger # 8 - Age is probably 3 but possibly 5
Passenger #10 & 11 - Surname is probably Douing, but may 
                be Doning
Passenger #14 - Age is probably 58
Passenger #16 - Age is probably 45 but possibly 43
Passenger #18 - Surname may be Johnson; age is probably 20
                but may be 26
Passenger #19 - Surname may be Buwu or Briwu but is probably
                Brewer
Passenger #21 - First letter looks like a cursive small "b";
                the 7th letter looks like "f" which, I believe, 
                is a "leading s" of the duo "ss"
Passenger #22 - Surname may be Uris, Urie, Wise
Passenger #23 - Given name may be Jack, Jace, Tas?, or Fas?
                The tail of the 'y' from the name above extends
                into the 4th letter of this given name.
