I Stephen Trowbridge do solemnly, sincerely and truly Swear that the following List or Manifest of Passengers subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New-York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the Sch Horatio whereof I am Master, from Matamoros* So help me God. * The signature attesting to the sworn statement is indecipherable; it is
followed by DC which indicates the Deputy Collector of Customs.

and have been omitted.
* Matamoros is one of Mexico's chief ports, located in the state of
Tamaulipas, just over the border from Brownsville Texas. Lat: 25 degrees
50 minutes North; Long: 097 degrees 31 minutes West. More information can be
