I Gideon Harden do solemnly, sincerely and truly Swear that the following List or Manifest of Passengers subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New-York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the Brig Hopes Delight whereof I am Master, from Halifax NS So help me God. *  Collector of Customs (in the sworn statement): Name is 
   indecipherable. It may end with the abbreviation "DC" which
   probably stands for "Deputy Collector"

*  The column "Died on the Voyage" and the sub-column for 
   "Months" have no entries, therefore they have been omitted.
