I, John Collins do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the following List or Manifest of Passengers, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New-York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the Schr Hope whereof I am Master, from Tampico.

Transcriber's Notes:
* The column Country which they intend to inhabit was empty so has been
omitted.
* The column Died on the voyage was empty so has been omitted.
* All columns were headed as shown with checks under each to indicate
all passengers had the same information.
* Manifest was not numbered. That was added by the transcriber.
* Passenger 5 - The final letter in the surname ended with a flourish
which could have been a "b". The name could be Earb.
