Transcriber's Notes:
A question mark (?) indicates indecipherable material.
An asterisk (*) indicates further information in these footnotes.
Passenger Notes:
11-14 Surname has an umlaut over the "u" so may be spelled Guettner. Also,
the given name for #11 begins with the letters "Mar" but further letters
are obliterated by damage to the original. The age is also obliterated
and there seems to be an occupation listed (seems to be Worker)which
would make the gender of the passenger most likely male.
18 Surname has an umlaut over the "u" so may be spelled Kuenstler.
41 Note at end of list for passenger #86 refers to this passenger number.
42 Entry between this passenger's name and the next entry: 86 Wenzel
Stecker 8 dais--i.e. the passenger obviously gave birth enroute--see
#86.
49 Note on far right margin indicates that this passenger died enroute.
50 Surname has an umlaut over the "a" so may be spelled Trennhaeuser.
61-67 Surname has an umlaut over the "o" so may be spelled Proetzek.
69-74 Surname has an umlaut over the "o" so may be spelled Ebenhoeh.
85 Surname has an umlaut over the "o" so may be spelled Doerries.
86 Note in third column says: see # 41, presumably the father of the
baby--name is also entered under entry for #42. Note also may
indicate baby's age as 8 dais (days).
