I P C Dumas do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the following List or Manifest of Passengers subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New-York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the Brig Elizabeth Malvina whereof I am Master, from Aux Cayes So help me God. ?  The use of a '?' indicates a word or letters that could not be read, due to
   the quality of the original document.

*  The surname of the witness to the sworn statement is indecipherable; however
   it is followed by 'DC' meaning Deputy Collector.

*  There are no entries in the 'Months' or 'Died' columns and they have been
   omitted.

*  Aux Cayes, the port of departure, is located at Lat. 18 deg. 12 min. N,
   Long. 073 deg. 45 min. W: in the Department du Sud of Haiti. More
   information can be found from the Getty Thesaurus of Geographical Names.
