Transcriber's Notes:
A question mark (?) indicates indecipherable material.
An asterisk (*) indicates further information in these footnotes.
I believe the writer means Prussia when he writes Purussia.
All ages under one year were recorded as a fraction, ie: 1/4, 1/2, 3/4;
or as a decimal, ie: .6 etc.
These have been changed to months by the formatter.
Passenger Notes:
28 Surname has an umlaut over the "o" so may be spelled Wantzloeben.
59-61 Surname may be Blake.
102 Note in right columns: dead on bord 23 next ????, of consumption,
buried ashore.
129 Place of origin, Bathe, may mean Baden, Germany.
138 Place of origin, Posna, may mean Posen.
144-146 Surname may be either Burrberg, Bussberg, or Bursberg.
218 Surname has an umlaut over the "u" so may be spelled Krueger.
248 Place of origin has a second entry listed, but it is crossed
through and difficult to decipher; it may be Bremen. Also, the
occupation is crossed out.
