I Nicholas Sulliven* do solemnly, sincerely and truly Swear that the following List or Manifest of Passengers subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New-York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the Ship Braganza whereof I am Master, from Liverpool So help me God. have no entries, therefore they are omitted.
* Captain: The first writing of the captainšs name is not a
signature and is spelled Sulliven and in the Manifest
heading, the Masteršs name is slurred, looking like Sullvn;
the two actual signatures are clearly Sullevin
* Collector of Customs (in the sworn statement): Name is
indecipherable. It may end with the abbreviation "DC"
which probably stands for "Deputy Collector"

Passenger #2 - Surname may be Fusk or Tusk; age may be 78
