I, Thompson March, Master of the Brig Balkan from the port of St. Croix sincerely and truly swear that the above list contains the names and description of all the Passengers who were on board said Balkan on the time of, or since her last departure from the said port of St. Croix.

Surname probably Austin. 4 - First name illegible; might be Miss. 6 - First name illegible, about 6 letters; may end with ..ent.
