"Mein Ausflug nach Texas" 1851, which I translated into English under
the title: "On To Texas!" 1998. Friedrich Schlecht was a passenger
onboard the ship Antoinette that sailed from Bremerhaven, Germany to
Galveston, Texas in the spring of 1848.
