"Friendship" of Bristol, arrived in Philadelphia on 16 October 1727, her Master was John Davies, from Rotterdam, last from Cowes. The ship started her trip on 20 June 1727, carrying Forty-six Palatines with their families, about two hundred persons.

Passenger Notes:

#16 - The surname was written as Crösman, with Croesman being an alternative
     spelling.
#20 - The surname was written as Schönholtzer, with Schoenholtzer being an
     alternative spelling.
#25 - The surname was written as Müller, with Mueller being an alternative
     spelling.

Correspondence 07/06/01 passenger Overholser John Overholzer and his son died on this voyage. They had left Germany because of religious persecution. His wife Anna Elizabeth Bussard Overholzer was sold as a slave by ships Captain for Passage. She later married Johannes Stinglie/Stengele who came over 20 Sept 1738 listed on board Friendship Henry Beech, Commander both from Rotterdam but last from Dover in old England. Landed Phil. PA and Johanis Stingley took oath to Government. They were married 21 May 1751 by Rev. Casper Stoever Warwick, PA Luthern Church, Philadelphia Co. PA. William Baron
