I, Cap Ettore Zar, Master, of the "Presidente Wilson" from Trieste, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that I have caused the surgeon of said vessel sailing therewith, or the surgeon employed by the owners thereof, to make a physical and mental examination of each and all of the aliens named in the foregoing Lists or Manifest Sheets, thirty in number, and that from the report of said surgeon and from my own investigation, I believe that no one of said aliens is of any of the classes excluded from admission into the United States by section three of the Immigration Act, and that also, according to the best of my knowledge and belief, the information in said Lists or Manifests concerning each of said aliens named therein is correct and true in every respect.

Spec ex in the health coloumn might stand for special exemption.

Some of the passengers have numbers like 2648 and 1648 written in the read/write
coloumn. Usually these numbers have another digit in front, separated by a -. This shows 
that the passengers were tested for their reading ability. The first number is a number
for the language, the next 4 numbers are the number for a sentence they had to read.
