I, C.F. Poole, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear, that the following List
or Manifest of Passengers subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the
Collector of the Customs for the District of New York, contains, to the best of my
knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on
board the Ship Wm Penn whereof I am Master, from Liverpool.
Sworn to this 15 Nov 1851, Before me (signature cannot be read). So help me God.

Transcriber's Notes:
There was no column for No. of Pieces of Baggage, the baggage for each passenger
was listed under the Died on the Voyage column.
I have used a ^ to indicate a superscript used in abbreviations.
Ditto marks were used when listing the occupations. Sometimes if one person was a
laborer, housewife, servant, ect. it did not change until another occupation was
listed. Ditto marks would remain the same, whether the person was a child, male
or female.
Passenger #9 has an umlaut over the e in Daley.
Passenger #31 has an umlaut over the o in Dnyos.
Passenger #77 has an umlaut over the y in Lynch.
Passengers #233-236 has an umlaut over the u in Phelun.
Passengers #260-274 had the country in which they intend to become inhabitants
marked out and U States written on the side.
Passengers #281 & 282 were marked out thru all columns.
