Transcriber's notes:

* An asterisk indicates an error on the part of the original
recorder not the transcriber or is used to call your
attention to additional information in the Transcriber's
  Notes below.

* The ? marks indicates letters or words that cannot be read
due to the quality of the original document.

* It is noted that on the first page of the copy of this manifest that
all passsengers are inhabitants of Great Britain and intend to become
inhabitants of the U.S. This information appears only on the first
page but is thought to pertain to the entire passenger list.

* Names are transcribed as written, abbreviated when they were
written that way. These include Patk (Patrick),
Richd (Richard), Willm, Will^m, Wm and W^m (William),
Cath (Catharine), Jos (Joseph), Robt (Robert) Ger (Gerald),
  Thos (Thomas), and Margt (Margaret).

* The following notes apply to the passengers by number:

415 - There is a capital "R" in the middle of the name: JardRner.
426 - There is no last name, no dash indicating it would be the same as
          the previous surname.
432 - Only the first name (Mary Jane) is visible although there is a faint
indication of a surname. The age column shows a 1 in the tens space,
but nothing visible in the units space.
435 - The name is spelled without an "e" but there is another passenger,
          #412, Hughes.
454 - This name is spelled Loyd.
481 - A different occupation was originally written (unreadable) and
          crossed out.
488 - The name Humptrus appears in the 1870 Pennsylvania Census.
490 & 491 The surname could be McEvoy or McEvery. #530 is more definitely McEvoy.
496 - Possiblities are Taydam, Taylam, Toydam or Toylam. Either the "d" or
"l" was written first and overwritten by the other. The first vowel is
open but both "a" and "o" are sometimes left open by this recorder.
501 - 503 Possibly Noone, Nonie, or None.
504 - There is a short line after Jen so the name may not have been completed.
529 - Probably Moony, as the recorder's letter "o" is usually open, as this
is. It could, however, be Murry or Murny.
536 - Only the first letter can be read; the other letters are too faint.
537 - The first name is spelled Barhard; there is only one "n" in Kenedy.
540 - 541 The "n" before the last letter "y" is not well-defined. It may be
part of the letter "y" so the name may be Melrey.
558 - The name is spelled Bridgt.
565 This is the only occurrence where this name is not abbreviated. There
is a lot of space between Will and Brennan, so there may have been a
          ^m that faded.
569 - There is only one "n" in Kenedy.
571 - The first name is most likely Nonny.
576 - It is not clear if there should be an "e" before the "y" in Telley.
The beginning of the "y" is written on top of the "e" and perhaps was
meant to be a write-over and the name would be Telly.
585 - The name could be Gowian or Gonron.
591 - The "dot" of the "i" is definitely over the third stroke of the two
middle letters, so the name would be Kuig. There is a chance the "dot"
is misplaced and the name would be King.
595 - 597 The beginning of the second letter is not visible but it is most likely
an "e" or an "i" and the name is Petter or Pitter.
598 - The first letter is most likely an "R" and the name an abbreviation,
          perhaps Robert.
602 - The second letter of the surname is "a" or "o". There may be a letter
after that before the "j". Possible spellings are Marjlan, Morjlan,
          Majlan, Mojlan.
