St. John, New Brunswick, to Philadelphia
November 26, 1832

DISTRICT OF PHILADELPHIA - PORT OF PHILADELPHIA
I, J.B.Williams, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the Report or Manifest subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of Philadelphia contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers which were on board the British Sch Tripoli at the time of her sailing from the port of St. John N.B. or which have been taken on board at any time since; that I am at present, and have been during the voyage, master of the said vessel. And I do likewise swear that all matters whatsoever in the said Report or Manifest are to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true. Sworn before me, this 26th day of November, 1832. Columns represent: Names, Age, Sex, Occupation, To what Country Belonging, Country of which it is their intention to become Inhabitants, Number and Names of Passengers who have died on the Voyage

  This film is so faint that transcription was done while reading from the film -- 
      print copy that I have is largely unreadable.
  Other films I have done from St. John have had a "H Rice" as owner.  This could 
      also be "H. Rice".
