DISTRICT OF NEW YORK - PORT OF NEW YORK
I, ?? Weyer Master of the SS Rhynland do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of the City of New York is a full and perfect list of all the passengers taken on board the said vessel at Antwerp from which port said vessel has now arrived; and that on said list is truly designated the age, sex, calling, country of citizenship, native country, intended destination or location, number of pieces of baggage, location of compartment or space occupied, and date and cause of death of passengers, as required by the Passenger Act of 1882; also a true statement so far as it can be ascertained with reference to the intention of each alien passenger as to a protracted sojourn in this country. So help me God.

Columns are headed by Saloon, 2nd Cabin and Steerage for location of passengers cabins.
Columns represent: the names, ages, calling (occupation), country of citizenship, native country, intended destination or location, number of pieces of baggage, with the final column seeming to indicate (for steerage class only) the place of origin.

A question mark (?) indicates letters of a name or word that cannot be
  deciphered.  
An asterisk indicates a footnote with an explanation or suggestion as 
  to the name or place, etc.

Saloon Passenger Number:
# 8  Surname could be Kunse or Krinse
#16  Surname seems to read Raghb. but Willard may be the surname and
     Raghb. a title.

Second Cabin Passenger Number:
# 1  Name is listed, but then "not on board" is written across all columns.
#12  Surname could be Harburg/ Coln has an umlaut over the "o" (English
     version would be Cologne, Germany.
#14  Surname difficult to decipher, not sure of reading.
#20  Surname is obscured because it is written over printing at the bottom
     of the page/form.  Seems to be Nabtel or Nalbel
#28  Surname could be Folatte or Falatte
#30  Surname could be Gebriche/City of Coln has an umlaut over the "o"
#31  Surname could be Gautechid

Steerage Passenger Number:
# 1  Surname could be Fugard or Fugat
#13-17  Place name in last column almost indecipherable from secondary copy.
#19  Place name in last column difficult to decipher
#20  Place name in last column difficult to decipher
#21  Given name not clear and surname could be Asten or Osten/Occupation
     unclear
#22  Age column seems to have two letterts that look like "ad."
#24-26  Place name in last column difficult to decipher
#27  Surname could be Hrocfling/Given name could be Shomer
