DISTRICT OF NEW YORK – PORT OF NEW YORK
I, Wm. Hally, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the following List or Manifest of Passengers, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New-York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the Bg Rachel & Henry whereof I am Master, from Sidney*.
So help me God. (signed) William Hally. Sworn to the 2d of July, 1831,
before me, (signed) D. Strobetz DC
List or Manifest of all the Passengers taken on board the Bg Rachel & Henry whereof William Hally is master, from Sidney* burthen 98 71/94 tons.
Columns represent: Names, Age (years/months), Sex, Occupation*, Country to which they severally belong, Country in which they intend to become inhabitants, Died on the voyage*.

* The cover page lists the port of departure as Sydney, but the manifest itself
  spells it Sidney.  
* The column Occupation had no entries so was omitted.
* The column Died on the Voyage had no entries so was omitted.
* Passenger #2, the ^ indicates that the letter following is a superscript.
  The^o is probably Theodore.
