LIST OR MANIFEST OF ALIEN IMMIGRANTS FOR THE COMMISSIONER OF IMMIGRATION.
Required by the regulations of the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, under Act of Congress, approved March 3, 1893, to be delivered to the Commissioner of Immigration by the Commanding Officer of any vessel having such passengers on board upon arrival at a port in the United States.

There is no captain's statement nor captain's name attached to this manifest.
The following columns had identical entries for all passengers and so were not 
included in the table:
 Able to Read & Write=yes 
 Seaport for Landing in the US=San Francisco  
 Whether having a ticket to final destination=yes 
 Whether in Possession ofMoney-if less than $30, how much?=yes 
 Whether ever in Prison, Almshouse or supported by Charity=no
 Whether a Polygamist=no
 Whether under contract to labor in the US=no
 Condition of Health Mental and Physical=good
 Whether having any deformities=no 
Letters that are illegible or difficult to interpret are replaced by ?.

3     final destination is Richardton, Bismark.  He is going to meet Mr. T. Hartwig, 
       Richardton.
5     is going to join Brother J .Y. Short Bush St SF.
6-7   are going to join Uncle, London SF.  It is not clear if London is the uncle's 
       name.  There currently is a London St. in San Francisco, but probably not in 
       1894.  Beneath the above is written "Bank Sn Frisco."  This is written in the 
       line for passenger 7.
7     first name could be Lomi, Lonie or Lonce.  
9     first letter of surname is "P" or "R"; last letter is "o" or "s.".  He has 
       been to Michigan 1889.
10    missing letter in surname looks like a "j."  He has been to Oregon 1886.
12    has been to Detroit, Mich.
13    has been to San Francisco.
14-16 are going to join Brothers, Birch Bros, engineers Boston.
17    is a clerk of works. 
18    First letter of surname looks most like "H;" it could be "K."  It is not the 
       same as either "H" or "K" elsewhere on the list.  He has been to Mass 1892.
19    has been to Mass 1890, or possibly 1870.
22-30 Occupation and Nationality of these passengers is "Children of above."
22    first name is Marg or Mary
29    age is recorded as infant.
31    Last Residence looks like "Osfort."
33    middle name is Marg or Mary.  She has been to Chicago.
34-37 Surname is probably "Greeve" but could be "Greene."
34    passage was paid by her Brother-in-law.  Her Last Residence is probably 
       Christchurch.  She is going to join Parents Mr & Mrs Smith Los Ang.
35-37 Children of Annie Greene is written across Occupation, Able to read and write, 
       Nationality, and Last Residence.
38    has been to New York.
40    first name could be "Hana" or "Nana."
41    There may be a middle initial "I" or "J."
