DISTRICT OF PHILADELPHIA - PORT OF PHILADELPHIA
I, Solomon Smith, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the Report or Manifest subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of Philadelphia, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the passengers which were on board the Schooner Macdonough at the time of her sailing from the port of Havanna or which have been taken on board at any time since; that I am at present and have been during the voyage master of the said vessel. And I do likewise swear that all matters whatsoever in the said Report or Manifest, are to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true. So Help Me God. Sworn Before me, this 26 day of March 1832. Collector. (signed) S. Smith
Report or Manifest of all the Passengers taken on board the Sch. Macdonough whereof Solomon Smith is Master, from Havanna, burthen 97 and 58/95 tons and owned by John F. Ohl of Philad^a bound for Philad^a.
Columns represent: Names, Age, Sex, Occupation, To what Country belonging, Country of which it is their intention to become inhabitants, Number and Names of Passengers who have died on the voyage.

* The use of a ? indicates a letter that could not be read, due to quality 
  of original  document.
* No passengers died on this voyage, so that column is eliminated.
* Passenger #1 4th letter may be i; 5th letter may be s; there is a space 
  between the 5th and 6th letters, unsure if intentional; 
  6th letter may be t; 9th letter goes below the line, may be g, j, p or q.
* U States in last column is written only once for both passengers; there is 
  a bracket from U States and England in the previous column to last column.
* Passengers numbered by transcriber.
