DISTRICT OF NEW HAVEN – PORT OF NEW HAVEN
I, Horace ??lls 2nd*, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear, that the above List, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of New-Haven, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers which were on board said Schooner at the time of her sailing from the Port of St. Bartholomew. So help me GOD. (Unigned). Sworn to, before me, this 25th day of April 1828, (signed) Nathaniel R. Clark, Dy. Coll.

* The ship probably sailed from St. Bart's in the Caribbean. 
* Captain's surname could be Mills or Wells.
* Cannot tell where the ship had been registered; looks like Halford.
