Transcriber's Notes:

  * Liverpool to New York - some confusion as on the manifest the master,
Galway, lists himself as "master from Dublin". Liverpool is not listed
anywhere in the documents but rather handwritten lightly on the cover sheet.

  The passengers are listed as from "Great Britain" but the names are 90% Irish.
Could a 660 ton ship have sailed out of Dublin at that time? Some sources
feel that it would be possible. Did it sail from Liverpool and pickup
passengers in Dublin??

  * passenger #8 age difficult to read 4 is clear next # could be 0, 3, 5
most likely 5
  * passenger #9 given name a D?? or possibly two 'do' are used - given
name would be Bridget
  * passenger #10 Catha is clear next 2 or 3 I can't tell
  * passenger #11 Mike seems clear B?ennan. Last name probably Brennan
n's could be u's. Age seems to clearly be written as 100!!
  * passenger #12-14 are ditto's of passenger #11
  * passenger #13 I presume Edward. Edw is clear and there is a superscript
letter which is illegible
  * passenger #18  Inft - infant
  * passenger #20 first name totally unreadable. Age is difficult to read
0 is clear. Occupation probably shoemaker - looks like #23's occupation
  * passenger #26 Thos s is superscript Thomas
  * passenger #29  given name possibly A
  * passenger #31 surname K??ffe probably Keeffe or Keffe
  * passengers #32-41 one family looks like Sweetman, #32 given name
illegible, #35 given name Math?
  * passenger #43-44 name very difficult to read surname only letters are
Moan but there is much space between the letters M o an. Altho a lot of
space M and o seem to be connected. There is no sign of another letter
between o and an, but the copy is dark. My guess would be Moran, possibly
Morgan
  * passenger #45 Jo seems clear next letter has a long tail reaching up
with a hook down this repeated in #52 and seems to indicate an abbreviation
with an unclear superscript. Surname is Brien or Brier.
  * passenger #52 Tho w/hook up (see note 45) surname illegible
  * passenger #53 Cath surname illegible can't even tell if it is a ditto
of #52 possible that it is.
  * passenger #54 Dan'l very clear Delaney not so clear
  * passenger #55 given name May or Mary surname appears to start with an A
written as a circle possibly a 'Q' -looking closer I think the given name
is possibly Mary Ann and surname is a ditto indicating Delaney
  * passenger #56 difficult to read could be Larkin or Lankin
  * passenger #57 very faint sex is given as child I presume Male because
Henry is  legible
  * passenger #58 Inft for Infant in several columns no sex given and no
surname   no dittos
  * passenger #59 Edwd with last d superscript - last name very difficult ?
letter or letters has a fancy' tail below the line guess might be Dempsey
? letter with tail being a 'p'??
  * passenger #60 surname difficult it always a scribble could be u or w
possibly  Lamhart  or Lambert
  * passengers #61-66 surname difficult in 61 and the rest are dittos
M?ll??y  Mallory?? Molloy
  * passengers #65-66 altho children a ditto is used in occupation under
Laborer. The sex for #66 is listed as child
