Transcriber's Notes:

* The ? in the Captain's name indicates one letter which looks to
be a closed "e", however, it may be an "i" without the dot above.
In the statement in the upper portion of the page there is no obvious
dot above the letter which made me believe it to be an "e", however,
in the signature at the lower part of the page there does appear to
be a dot. Thus, the name could be either Holder or Holdir.
* The ? in the Deputy Collector's name indicates letters that can not be
definitively read. The Deputy Collector's name is written with all the
letters joined together and with DC attached. The writing is uniform in
size, taking up 4 1/4 inches in length and 7/16th of an inch in height
except for the final "C" which is a full 1 inch in width and height and
falling above and below the line of script. The first letter looks like
an "N" with the remainder of the letters possibly being "Bomn" followed
by DC If this is an accurate interpretion it would make the name N.
  Bomn, DC
* No passengers were listed as having died on the voyage so the column
  was eliminated
